How does a Constellation help?
A Constellation helps you to see the dynamics of any relationship. Observe the unconscious and unresolved ways the flow of Love is impeded, blocked, or denied.
Our Conditioned Self is both adopted and self-made false beliefs showing up as outdated habits of thinking patterns, attachments, reactions and self doubts. These limiting beliefs and their impressions are unconsciously imposed upon us as societal expectations and constrictive ideas from our educational system, the people and culture around us, as messages in various media, and both governmental - political policies and laws. We wear them on behalf of our gender, race or ethnic group, and especially from our spouses, and families; from our siblings, parents, grandparents, past generations and Ancestors...out of a loving loyalty, entanglement or confusion. Thus, participating in creating more impressions and perpetuating the false beliefs of a limited flow of Love onto the next generations. This is what yearns to be recognized, released, forgiven, healed, and transformed.
The All-Knowing Quantum Field is the soup of all these impressions.... composed of the ongoing vibrations of every thought, sound, word, action, or event that has happened all thru history, Human and other. There are various layers of the greater Field; our personal field, our families lineage field, our race, community or nation all are fields within the larger Field.
Some impressions can be a Blessing...such as Musical or Artistic talents. BUT, when these impressions are not a blessing but a blockage to the fullest expression of our true selves, a Constellation Session will reveal answers to many questions, and arrive with such grace and clarity.

What can I expect in a Constellation Workshop?
Participants sit in a large circle. After introductions and and a bit of background about this work, I begin with an invocation of our Ancestors and helping energies to assist us in our work that day, and place the Mesa (Andean Medicine Bundle) on the floor in the center of the circle. This is our connection and anchor to the flow of Life - the Great Mystery.
When a person wishes to have a Constellation done, they sit in the chair beside me. You will know when it’s time to sit there by the intensity of your desire to know more. And when you do, I will ask you “What brings you here today?” or “What is on your heart?” Your answers will tell me about your emotional state related to your inquiry.
I am very curious and will ask you a series of questions to get the facts about your story - the issues, your family, and a timeline. I want to know what is happening and how is it manifesting? What is the pattern?
Our conversation will explore the possible causes and effects of old belief patterns that have created a system resonating thru time and perhaps thru generations in your family that are now influencing your life. This will lead us to find the question that wants to be revealed.
You will select members of the circle to be Representatives of the people (including yourself) in your family or situation. Without thinking, you will guide them to stand in spatial relationship with the others, then sit down and observe what happens.
What happens next is an elegant demonstration of our Universal Consciousness.
The Representatives often take on the attributes of the ones they represent in a direct way; like expressing grief - maybe shedding tears, or perhaps suffering the pain of mourning, other times may express joy, attraction towards another Rep.
As the Facilitator, I will ask for reports about the effect of their positions, any thoughts or sensory awareness of tensions. I will guide the flow as well as allow what wants to be reveled.
With continual feedback from the Reps. things will shift and resolve in the unfolding Constellation reflecting the orders or patterns pertaining to the flow of love, belonging, and honoring the lives of those that came before us.
Even though we are all connected to this greater field or universal consciousness, there is little danger of suffering entanglements, since the Reps. are chosen and not volunteers and do not know who they are representing.
When the Constellation has revealed the message, I will ask the Reps to step out of their roles and back into their own life, releasing all the information and giving back the responsibility to the one they were representing.
This work is integrated by the Soul, not debated, discussed, or analyzed with Psychological theories. People who are Reps. may share their own experiences briefly, with no interpretation of the process. At the end of the Workshop, I clean all participants with the Mesa, Removing any residual energies. I may offer meta comments that pertain to the topic of the Constellation, enhancing the understanding of the outcome.
Confidentiality is essential and maintained with respect. Everyone is urged to be present with what has happened, and their own learning, and not to discuss it with anyone out of the circle. What happens in the circle stays in the circle.
